Refund policy

Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. This helps ensure food safety and quality for all of our customers.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at afro-indigenousfusions@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We are happy to offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
